The Project Manager for Levenshulme in Bloom will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the floral and environmental beautification project on South Yard Street. This role involves managing volunteers, liaising with community stakeholders, and ensuring the successful execution of project activities as outlined in the impact report.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of Southyard street for the Levenshulme in Bloom project.
- Coordinate and manage volunteer recruitment, training, and scheduling to ensure adequate support for project activities.
- Collaborate with local authorities, businesses, and residents to bring community engagement and support for the project and the neighbours that live around it.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, apply for funding and manage budgets.
- Conduct regular assessments of project progress, documenting outcomes and challenges, and report to the committee.
- Organise community events and workshops to promote environmental stewardship and monitor the engagement.
- Maintain communication with all stakeholders, ensuring they are informed and involved throughout the project.
